Two people were detained on Wednesday evening by Federal Police officers during a march by retirees near the Congress. This was confirmed by the Noticias Argentinas agency from police sources, which indicated that the first cordon of the security operation belonged to the Federal Police, which carried out the detentions, while the City Police were positioned in a second cordon. The retirees were holding the protest as they do every Wednesday near the Congress, demanding an increase in their income and against the veto by President Javier Milei on the reform that established an increase in benefits.
